  • This service is awful. Not reliable at all. I booked friday afternoon because I needed the place cleaned by Monday. I specifically took time off from work to be there for the cleaning. Then I was notified two hours before the cleaning that the cleaner cancelled. They rebooked me for Tuesday afternoon but thats too late and who knows whether they'll cancel again. I tried changing the time to Sunday or even Monday, by they wouldn't let me do that so I cancelled the cleaning plan. However, my money has not been refunded. And I can't even find a phone number to call for customer service. If you need a cleaner, DONT USE HANDY, unless you wanna risk no shows.
