  • Called to set up service and had a great call with the salesman. Discussed the need for a 1 year appointment up front but after I get the agreement buried deep in the contract is a 3 year term. I send an email to the tech to confirm it was an error but get no reply. Finally after multiple people call me back to close the deal I get ahold of the original salesman "Cord" who tells me that the term is 3 years. I let him know that my call was recorded and I have him confirming a 1 year term and that I would be sharing my experience online. Most of these companies are garbage, wanting to lock you into a long term contract...this one is at the bottom of the barrel.
