  • I've been here twice with my daughter. First when it first opened and then a second time for a birthday party that she was invited to. The concept is great but the the staff does not measure up. First time we were not greeted until we finally asked for their help. One of the employees was very snippy with the girls. And two of the employees argued with each other in front of us. Things did not change much at the bday party either. Staff was unhappy and a bit lazy. All in all my daughter had a good time but the flaws she didn't see the parents did and I will not be returning until the staff is better trained on how to work with children and learn to have good customer service. Very disappointed.
