  • At first, I loved it here. But my last visit made me sad. When you don't ask questions, they are so nice. But once I started to ask questions about my treatment, once I started to ask about price, and what can be done first, it seems I became problematic. If I just needed $100 cleaning then okay, no questions. But when the things they say you need are very expensive, who wouldn't ask?. I wasn't even going to write a bad review. But hey, it's the truth. The root of this bad review, the start, the elderly lady at the front (well side of the desk) was not the nicest. I'm being nice by saying that. Totally not a people's person. She is the one that's the cause of this. It seems as she has ties with the place or related to someone or such. (By no means I'm saying that's facts.) I say that because of the way she acts towards people. Like she's unhappy to be here, its like she's just "doing her job" to make time pass. No matter how I feel about this place, I can say the assistants, the younger lady at the front desk, and the dentist himself are pretty nice. Also the billing lady is nice. I found this place on yelp, and that's why I came. However, if you're rich and don't care about what they tell you that needs to be done, and you're just going to pay for it without asking questions, then this may be your place! If you are unsure and unfamiliar with dental terms, what's what, and think $$900, $1500, $4000 is money that's worth knowing where it is going... think twice. I just wanted to know what exactly is the treatment that's needed, and can we knock out the $1000 treatment before the $3-$4k work. Another thing is, I can say that 2 of the things that I were told were a root canal here, turned out to be fillings elsewhere. FYI. But again, the dentist himself and the hygienist were cool. This place is for sure on the costly side. But worth it if you like bad customer service. 2 stars for the nice people. They way they did business was not cool nor professional. Seriously, once I start to ask a question, the mean lady, who name was unimportant to remember got an attitude. A big attitude. Like so much so, she double backed to make sure my payment went through last time I came. She didn't want to give me copies, and she couldn't explain why she was so upset with me. I was nice, calm, patient, not yelling, or doing anything but tearing up. I was in a bind because my dental work was started here, and when she overcharged me last time by $900, which she didn't let me know, she left it as a credit on my account. Who overcharges someone by $900? Then, I only found out because when they called me about a cleaning, I asked the price and I was told it was a credit on my account. Who was responsible? She was. I say that to say I forgave them for the overcharge and still came in to use that money on continuing my treatment plan. However she made that impossible. My feelings was hurt because the dentist is so personable. However, she made me feel like crap. So much for that.
