Heavily disappointed in the over all experience at this well known hotel and casino! My wife decided to surprise me with a couple of nights stay there a while back. On the first night our toilet flooded for no apparent reason. It took entirely to long to get maintenance to come up to the room to take care of the problem. For some reason the water pressure in the shower was non existent. It was extremely difficult to take an enjoyable shower. In addition the water didn't seem to heat up much at all. The only thing that met expectations was the comfort of the bed. After expressing our dissatisfaction with one of the managers, he offered us a free night stay on a future reservation. That was greatly appreciated by us, however when we decided to finally use it, he never responded to our emails. We kept on getting the run around when we called customer service and was told only the manager could set up our comp night, and the only way to correspond with him is through emailing, which he was not responding to. Total unacceptable business practice from a big Hotel and Casino like Planet Hollywood. We definitely could of done a lot better for the price. We will make it a point to tell as many people as possible, so they wont make the same mistake we made!
