  • Best customer service ever. I needed a ring appraised I had received from my parents for my birthday. They had gotten it from an estate sale so I brought it in. They went above and beyond for me. The turn around time was quick and they helped me find a great Insurence plan. They cleaned my ring and offered me a glass of wine. The best part about this was that I had looked around at other places and they had poor reviews so I decided I wanted to bring it to a place with a great reputation. I was pleasantly surprised when I ended up paying the same amount as some of the other places I had looked at. They are much more affordable than I had expected and they have a wide variety of items and price points. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any sort of jewelry.
