  • First timer here at Lash Out! First star: I texted someone to schedule an appointment, and I have a very difficult schedule. They worked well with me and were very patient. I believe her name is Taylor. Second star: The receptionist was very friendly and Marissa (my lash tech) was awesome. She was very polite and gentle. Third star: My lashes look great! But...(this is why I took off a star), they could've been fuller. It's hardly noticeable until I tell someone to pay attention to my lashes. So maybe fuller and longer lashes would've made me more satisfied. Another star taken off for that big recliner. Yes, they are comfy if you're just watching tv. But I tried different positions and just felt like I had to "pull" my head back the entire 2 hours so the tech could reach my eyes. It's now been 8 hours later and my shoulders still feel so sore :(. Would I go back? Hmmm....that's a toss up. I like what I have, but like I said, it could've been fuller....and the recliners....it even hurts to type this review.
