  • I love this location of Alamo. When it comes to renting a car, generally, I'll go to Costco's website (and do price comparisons elsewhere), and book with whoever has the best price. But I must say, this particular Alamo is a cut above the rest because of that darling lady that works at this location. I do not know remember her name, but she's been working there for decades, and I'm sure one day I'll go back and she'll be retired. But she is just a sweetheart and I enjoy that year after year she has been there. Picking up the car is an absolute breeze as they have the self serve kiosk. The car I had this last time was not all that clean, but the car the year prior was perfect. The location is easy to get to with the free airport shuttle. And leaving the parking lot is plenty easy. I was actually prompted (reminded) to leave this review by a lovely letter I received from Alamo about a parking ticket, and a forthcoming charge on my credit card. Ah well, do the crime, do the time :)
