  • I purchased a replacement window glass for my home and paid for it in full over 2 weeks ago. They advised me it would be ordered and installed after the Fourth of July. It has now been over 2 weeks and nothing, no installation, no phone call, nothing. I stopped back in to their shop today and the girl at the counter advised there was no pending installations in my area, so it must be done? After looking thru stacks of papers she found my order and advised the glass was not even at their shop yet. She then began to be argumentative claiming she never told me that it would be done after the Fourth ! Over 2 weeks to install a standard window and its still not done or even a telephone call??? I would not recommend Kelly's Glass & Mirror unless your Doctor advises you that you need a stress test. Dealing with them will give you all the stress you can handle !!!
