  • Wow, what a cool experience! Even when you're very afraid of heights! My boyfriends mom purchased passes for all of us to go up and experience this after discussing doing it on our last trip. What a wonderful idea she had because this was a highlight of the trip! People working here legitimately look like they hate their lives, but if you purchase tickets before getting there you really do not have a ton of interaction with the employees. The only thing that confuses me is when it was being built and I saw commercials they mad it appear as there was a tiny bar in each of the pods. We passed by the bar right before entering because of this reason. We were surprised and a little disappointed to learn that apparently only some had a bar (I think, I've seen photos with some pods having a bar). We went on a night it was not busy so we had the pod to ourselves. The 30 minutes speeds by and you almost they forget about you so you can go around one more time! Next time I will remember to either have a drink beforehand (that fear of heights really gets to you at the top!).
