  • I had seen these rage rooms on TV a few months ago and I thought they seemed interesting. I wasn't 100% sure it was for me, but I definitely liked the unique concept. Last weekend I attended a birthday party at Sin City Smash. It was SO much fun!! I was afraid I might not get into it, but I enjoyed it way more than I thought I would. The staff is super nice. They go over all the rules and safety measures with you. They explain how to gear up, too. You will be wearing goggles, a helmet, earphones, gloves, and a jumpsuit. Wear light comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes!! They set up music to smash by of your choosing. There are lots of weapons to choose from. Bats, golf clubs, sledge hammers, etc. Some weapons are an upgrade and cost a bit more. You can bring a box of your own stuff to smash or let Sin City Smash provide everything you need. You get a price break if you bring your own items. We opted to let them take care of everything and smashed computers, dishes, furniture, and a dummy named Bob. You will honestly be surprised how much fun it is to break stuff!! And, the more you get into it, the more you get out of it...so give it all you've got & get your money's worth!! When we were done, we were all laughing and exhausted. We were, also, super sweaty. This is a real workout!! Great fun. Great stress relief. Great workout. Grab some friends & go!!
