  • This is sad. I've been a patient there for over 20 years for gyn care, when Dr. Johnstone was there. I've always been assigned to a nurse practitioner or new provider, which I didn't mind because I was just visiting yearly. I've only seen Dr. Thompson a couple of times, she was nice, friendly , & thorough. I now need ob care, & I'm sorry, but the experience was so disappointing, I saw the nurse practitioner who was not up to par, I felt like my first ob visit was a waste of time. I was so upset I didn't have a chance to ask my questions. She also didn't go over first trimester testing...she left the paperwork on the counter to fill out....which set in motion a whole host of wrong appointments! I'm not a Dr, I don't know which testing box to check, I asked for chromosome blood test (full panel). After leaving that visit, I was forced to seek care elsewhere...I found Dr. Gibson up the street, she was at Central PHX obgyn, now at Central Womens Health 1313 E. Osborn. Check them out, was their yesterday for first visit, amazing experience!
