  • I love fremont, but so far my stay at cortez has been rough to say the least. i was duped into calling what i thought was el cortez but was instead a booking company. Then I got to the front desk and had to put up with more bullshit. Melvina made it a point to keep me miserable. My special requests i had made over the phone for free now cost me $80 extra, and i had lost my prime rib dinner and discount massage. Melvina never even offered the direct number so if wouldnt happen again, only problems they dont offer solutions here. She seemed to enjoy watching me get ripped off. She sticks me in a stair access only room, im an old man carrying two heavy bags up two flights of stairs to my dusty room to be stare at a broken tv all night. Thanks for nothing jerks
