  • Okay. I have to drop my review from a two star to a one star. I may have been too generous in my first review. Since moving away from Arizona I have continued my care and needed my records transferred from Arizona Pain Specialists to my new physician. For almost a month I have been working with the records staff at Arizona Pain Specialists with no results. They have tried to send my records to at least 4 different fax numbers and none of the faxes have successfully gone through. I thought when I decided to discontinue my care at Arizona Pain Specialists that my trouble with them would also discontinue. Sadly, I was wrong. Be sure to get your records on the way out!
