  • Excellent! The spa is so serene with a breathtaking view. My experience here has been so relaxing, unhurried, and tranquil. My massage therapist, Krystal, takes the time to listen to me about how my body is feeling and she has the ability to target specific problems that I am having. She is knowledgeable and professional, and does an excellent job attending my needs. Rick is the owner and although he had tore his Achilles tendon before I went in on my last visit, he was still up to serve me hot tea while I waited for my massage appointment. Outstanding customer service! He also just remodeled and it looks fantastic! Everyone here has been so friendly with a warm smile. Really makes you feel welcome or like VIP. Come to The Spa at Lakeside 2.0 and indulge, spoil yourself even. You won't regret paying to be pampered here!
