  • It's now March 20th and COX has done absolutely nothing they had promised. It's quite clear that they only made those false promises to get rid of me. I realize now that if they ever had any intention of providing the service to me that they assured me (at the time I placed my order) would be quick and easy to establish -- it wouldn't take four weeks!
