  • completely inept, has taken over 12 days to receive to receive a rushed order that should have taken less than 5. They constantly take way too long, phone number is busy not evening rolling over to a voicemail. When they completely botched my order the best they could do was a $50 off my next order when I've spent thousands with them. Moving to a producer that is far faster AND cheaper. Screw jakprints.
