  • Absolutely love this store. I use to go to the one at Tempe Marketplace one and thought it was a lil dead and the staff didn't seem even close to be happy to be there. We also did puppy training there and Max shouldn't of ever graduate. I went to the one near the Scottsdale Mall (fashion square) on Miller and Camelback completely by accident, and absolutely loved this store. I have brought my dog Max there and he loves to be there. The cashiers at checkout were so sweet, and the customers are super friendly. Alot of people who work there, know the customers by name, Max and i were welcomed with open arms. The managers were super helpful when I had to return something and were very knowledgeable. all the employees seemed like they enjoyed there jobs and were happy to be there. Service with a smile I would say. After a few visits to this store, I signed up Max for training. The training was so well done we decided to do intermediate and advance. They have three trainers there who are helpful and the classes are small so Max got some individual attention. If you need anything petwise I totally recommend coming to this store, and if you need training, I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else.
