| - This Walmart is much newer and feels a lot safer than the ones on Charleston and Rainbow, which I used to frequent a lot. At the other sites, I used to have to walk super fast in the parking lot so I wouldn't be accosted by solicitors (and even then, some people would still manage to come up to me asking for money/"help"); here, I have the luxury of walking in at my own pace without getting approached by random people.
My gripe is the customer service. Whether it be at the pick up center, the tech area, or the customer service counter, the employees are just SO SLOW. I usually try to check out by myself when the option is given to me, but sometimes you just can't avoid them. Buying ink was supposed to be a very fast transaction but became a 30 min fiasco. Somehow, despite the employee price matching their online price, I was still charged the store price and eventually had to go to customer service to have it fixed. He could not fix it at his register in the tech area. I feel like they are very short staffed here.
****Also, check their website for the same product. I've found that they often sell the product online for cheaper than in stores.****
