These people have it figured out. I started with the detox program in October and learned a lot from that. Then I switched to a membership and just went to the workouts to get fit and stay healthy. In January I decided to take the 6 week Hard Body challenge. I just weighed in and I lost 15.2 pounds and 6.5% of my body fat! If you follow their instructions and eat clean it works!!! By the way, the staff is the best around. Always there to help and always happy and positive. I love this place!
