Customer service, I'll give a C minus. Rooms are fair, balconies are trash and don't have anything to sit on. Make sure you get a car pass for your car; they literally sit and wait for people to park to check if they have a pass or not; whether you're staying there or not they will tow your car immediately; happened to us and it had only been a half hour! So that was $140 and a day wasted down the drain. And when I checked out of the hotel they had the room rates wrong and tried charging me $50 more than originally. Conclusion: I should've listened to what everyone else had to say on here. Location is the only positive but it's still a 10-15 min walk to Mill, and I will NEVER be staying here again.
