rev:text	If I could give 0 stars I would. The people I've been dealing with are rude, incompetent, and slow. I had to call numerous times after we moved to update our mailing address for the property, which became a rental. We weren't receiving anything for months. Our tenants luckily were letting us know when they received notices so I had to keep calling the office to ask them why we weren't receiving the notices as well. By the time they got their act together and started sending us stuff, they had charged us $900 for weeds that had been taken care of immediately. The original notice was sent end of February. The tenants pulled the weeds. Someone then did an inspection a month later, and said the weeds were still there so they started fining us $100/week....for weeds!!!! Guess what people, weeds grow everyday! You can take care of them and new weeds will pop up the next day. Do they really expect that people will go out and pull weeds every single day??? In the picture they sent, there are about three small visible weeds. Are you kidding me ?!?! So by the time I received the first bill for $400, the issue had already been taken care of and the violation closed out. But there is such a lag b/t whe they assess a fine and when they send the notice that it had accrued to $900. I had to hound them incessantly to respond to my inquiries during this whole ordeal. Still waiting on a reply from them regarding my request to waive/reduce the ridiculous fine. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs.
