This company deserves -5 stars. Where oh where to begin.. The rude customer service, the no show appointments, the combative and argumentative receptionist (Margaret?), topped of with yelling in to the phone and talking over the customer and then hanging up on the customer. WOW! Keep treating people this way and you won't be in business at all. You guys will be schlepping for those low paying home warranty jobs because nobody in their right mind will hire you outright with the way you treat people. Good luck with that!
Yelper's don't waste your time with this ridiculous company. Bad customer service usually equates to bad corporate culture and poor quality work. Call someone else to service your AC needs. These guys are incompetent.
