| - While I believe many of you received great customer service, but that's not the case for me. I was trying to do an exchange on something I bought off soma.com, when I went there, manager told me I have to have the physical paper receipt in order to do the exchange, it's their policy, I kept trying to show her my order number on my phone and asked her if she can please at least give it a try, and she just would not do it AT ALL, she even told me in my face twice I'm the only customer who ask for exchange without paper receipt, wow, were you born in 1970s? didn't they know now a day everything's all on digital now? thanks for the lie for trying to put customers down like that, so what is the purpose we sign up for the membership? isn't it so we can do hassle-free return and it can easily show up all the past purchase history we have by simply give them our phone number? and her tone was really rude because she lost patient explaining to me. So the next day I went to the one in Green Valley location, I even had paper receipt with me, but just out of my curiosity I asked them if I really need my paper receipt, the gal just ask my phone number, pull me up on their system and agree to do exchange right away, WOW, what a heaven vs hell difference between the two location. Needless to say, I will never ever come back to this location, their attitude makes me sick to my bone.
