  • Avoid this office at all costs. My husband and two kids went in for a skin check and the doctor spent about 15 minutes glancing at all four of us. I mentioned that I wanted a mole on my chin removed for aesthetic reasons and he said he could take care of it right then. He did a horrible job at removing it. I now have to see a plastic surgeon to fix the job he did. To make it worse I was billed for the biopsy from the lab, billed for the biopsy that he did and also billed for two out of four of us that allegedly insurance didn't cover. We all have the same insurance so it is unlikely that insurance would decline two out of four claims. When I called in I was told there was a "processing error" and the two insurance claims would be taken care of. The office stands by the $82 they are billing me for what is going to cost me hundreds of dollars to have fixed by a plastic surgeon. I was also told that since i declined a follow up visit it was essentially my fault for the outcome. I was never told I needed to come in for a follow up. After the stitches were put in the doctor told me I could come back to get them removed or if I had a friend that was a nurse or doctor the friend could remove them and that there would not be any reason to come back in.
