  • This complex used to be nice. The staff in the office doesn't care about anything. NO ONE EVER EVER EVER answers the phones when you call. God forbid there is an emergency!!! There has been multiple break ins into vehicles even one stolen from the lot. Also, cant enjoy the pool (main one) with my kids due to the trashy people who live in the complex. Always getting drunk and not watching their kids by the pool. I had people playing football in the pool last night and the adults who were DRUNK almost kicked my 5 year old in the head and didn't even APOLOGIZE! Then i was swimming with my 2 year old and the adults yet again almost hit my daughter and i. I couldn't take it anymore and after only being at the pool for 20 mins, my kids and i had to leave. Always cussing and GLASS BOTTLES of Liquor around the pool. One of the people had a glass cup down there making alcoholic beverages and from horsing around, the entire cup of alcohol fell into the pool. Also, there are little girls (14-16) who are so disrespectful and go to the pool cussing and screaming around kids (not just mine). My husband had said something to them, and they started going off on him "your not my dad". SMH!!!!! If i could break my lease without penalty, I would. The only good thing about this place was Danielle, and she is no longer with them!!
