  • DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX. I was hypnotized by the reasonable rent and large space, but the management makes this place unbearable. And now that Greystar has taken over it's only gotten worse. They have spent 3 months renovating that stupid office where you can't seem to get anyone on the phone. Meanwhile, they're computer system is overcharging tenants for utilities and there's no way to fix it online. You have to go in the office. NEWSFLASH, most people work 9-5 and don't have the time to come into your office to fix a problem that YOU created. I should have moved out of this place after I had to switch units due to flooding issues, but I didn't. Now I'm regretting it big time. No worries though, as soon as this lease is up, I AM GONE. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
