  • I had some issues with my move-out cleaning. One thing that sets Queen of Maids apart from any other company out there is that they take full accountability without any excuses; it is so refreshing and rare. Jason, the owner, is committed to guaranteeing satisfaction. And he furnished the optimal resolution based on my situation. The three stars are for an overall experience - dealing with issues in the first place. In terms of customer service, I would definitely give them five stars. Thank you, Jason!
