  • I have multiple rental properties and decided to test them out, and used them a number of times. Though they sound very friendly and professional on the phone, their prices are way too high compared to other companies. A couple of times they could not diagnose the problem correctly, yet still wanted to charge for service call. After that happened more than once, I decided to drop them for good.
