  • I went with their coupon for $10.00 "Basic Oil & Filter Change." It reads "Up to 5 qts. Most cars and light trucks. Must have original coupon at time of service." "We accept all competitors coupons." Well I had the original coupon and I also had a coupon for Purrfect Auto Service for "$9.99 Oil Change, up to 5 qts. of 5/30 oil." The young lady at the counter took my info and then in a weirdly robotic voice explained that the coupon was only good for 10/30 oil and for 5/30 the price would be $19.99 (regular $24.99). I explained the competing Purrfect advert for 5/30 and she said $19.99 was the best she could do. If the coupon price was only good for 10/30 oil they should have printed that on the coupon. No viscosity was mentioned. They should have honored their coupon or even the competitors coupon. I left feeling that they tried to pull people in with the vague "most cars" and intended an up-sell. WASTE OF TIME!
