  • I was the customer you don't want.... not that I was mean or disagreeable, I was indecisive, and fearful. This was my first remodel of any kind. Greame and Joan took their time with me. They walked me through the process detail by detail. When I changed the date, several times, due to life changing occurrences they always, always adapted to my schedule.. they are the most patient, professional and friendly company I've had the pleasure of working with... Joan even invited me to her house to see her counters because we had similar appliances. The job was done (after my several delays) within two days. I was very, very pleased with the outcome.
