  • Scheduled installation over a month before. Crew finally shows up at 3:30pm to start flooring removal and installation. Did not bring the materials that were needed, and that I paid extra for. After beginning ripping apart my dining room floor, they stated there was asbestos under the subfloor. If this were true I would have no problems. Had two other companies come out within a 24 hour period to check for asbestos. They reported none found, and that anyone performing this work would know the difference. Needless to say, I have a new company performing the work. Now I just need to try to get my deposit back from empire today. Take my advise, shop locally before go with this national chain. Support local business.
