  • Place has eroded from 3 stars to 1 over the last 5 months. I have yet to get hot coffee or food in the last 5 visits. I try my best to avoid this McDonald's when possible due to the inconsistencies in service. My patience has been exhausted. Will try again when new managers are in place.
