  • If you value your "real" nails, then beware! Came here after a recommendation by a friend... huge mistake. I got a deluxe mani/pedi after not having a manicure in at least 3 months (At this point I deserved it). I opted for gel on both hands and feet. Well apparently the guy that gave me my manicure went a little crazy with the tool that's used to sand (the wand with the little circular metal sander at the end) and needless to say my nails are now literally paper thin... and are throbbing with pain. (SOOO PAINFULl!!!) The girl I came here with opted for almond shaped acrylic nails-- and while hers too looked good, she had to have them removed the very next day because she was in so much pain from her nails being over-sanded.
