  • The staff seem a bit younger and a lot more knowledgeable about the products they are selling. I like the natural cosmetics area, and the expanded purse/bag section on the main floor. However, in "The Room", I went to go return a sweater and one of the older ladies who was helping me with the transaction had a lot of attitude. Not sure what her issues were. However, the rest of the staff have been consistently friendly.
