I've been here not even an hour and am having trouble counting all the mishaps that occurred when arriving.
Parking: There is no obvious self-parking surface lot or garage. When I pulled up front to ask the valet about it, no one was there. Turns out that there is limited self-parking and that it filled up.
Check in: All the folks behind the desks were busy on the phone or somehow preoccupied with their computer. There are only two elevators to service 8+ floors of hotel, one of which was broken/out of order. My keys didn't work the first time around either. No, they were nowhere near my cell phone. Though the employees were very apologetic and did what they could to resolve the problems, I generally don't see these problems ever at any other Doubletree locations.
Internet: Folks who booked the reservation misspelled my name -- which I expect to happen more often, but has only ever happened at this specific location. When I finally did get online, I was reminded of AOL dialup days. Good thing for mobile hotspots ....
