  • I would never hire this company again. We rented the bugs bumper cars for our school carnival and it was a disaster. I was meticulous about giving them all the information about the event. They arrived 15 minutes late, the attendant said some kids couldn't ride because they were too big (I specifically asked if there were any weight or height limits, Ray say no, there was not.) Ray told me the bugs would last for three hours but he would send extension cords to plug into power just in case. Four of the bugs died about 45-60 mins into the event with several more dying before 90 mins were up, but a few of the bugs did not stop! Kids would let off the gas and try to get off and the bug would still be rolling away. It was so dangerous. The attendant they provided literally stood to the side and did nothing, even when he saw kids struggling. It was a horrible experience. Parent groups work hard to raise money to put on events like these for their schools and we were lost A LOT of money with this company. Be warned.
