  • They were nice, but have serious communication problems. I used a groupon for a transmission tune up. I had to drop the vehicle off and leave, because the wait was ridiculously long. They had to order a transmission cap for me. I was told to come back at 5:30 and they would have it for me. Well, they forgot to call me to tell me that it wasn't going to be there until the next day. They then never bothered to call me to confirm that it had arrived. I won't use them again, because of the lack of communication.
