  • We bought a membership before they opened for 50% off ($75). Opening day was pushed back a few times then when they did open, not all the exhibits were open. A few visitors ago, restrooms weren't working. Today, only 1 A/C is on and its so freaking hot in here. We are sweating like crazy. I spoke to the manager, Nadia, and "there's nothing they can do." It's like they don't even care at all. One of the associates, Carrie, was much nicer than the manager so I changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. I doubt I'll be renewing my membership considering more memberships are about $60/year and are more conveniently located. This is the hood! The only good thing is it's next to John's Incredible Pizza. On average, we already spend $10-$15 on tokens to feed the animals.
