  • I clearly stated I wanted an Iced Coffee(Salted Caramel Mocha) and not a blended frap. It came to me blended and my name was not on the cup. My gal ordered a iced coffee with just 2% milk, which some other guy picked up. Probably Phil who did not pick up his drink so we had to wait for her replacement drink. 1) There was a slight language barrier in understanding my order 2) Maybe better management with names on cups and making sure people pick up the correct drinks.
