  • WHAT A BUNCH OF COLOSSAL IDIOTS. They are, as other reviewers have said, a TOTAL SCAM. They came out to my condo for a warranty water heater replacement, installed the WRONG water heater, installed it BACKWARDS so there is NO access to the controls, didn't bother to check their work, left my condo, inside and out, A COMPLETE MESS and after they finished, we had to have another handyman come out to finish their SLOPPY work. In addition, the so-called "technician" that they sent out STUNK to high heaven like he hadn't take a shower in a YEAR, was rude and clearly mentally ill and had serious emotional problems. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM !!!!
