  • Do not go with this company!!! My initial & very detailed review mysteriously disappeared, so this is my 2nd attempt to discourage anyone else from going with them in hopes they do not have to go through the same experience I did. First off, they damaged 2 pieces of very expensive furniture. They broke the glass on my kitchen table and scuffed/scratched 3 different areas on Tommy Bahama Dresser. Those were the main items being shipped. I went through the process of filing a claim with their 3rd party insurance company. Uploaded pictures and did everything I needed to complete on my end. I never received an email following up with my claim. So I called the company and the lady informed me that my claim was approved and that there were funds attached to my file but they were waiting on me to sign a release document... a gimmick they use, because they never sent anything and yet you have to sign a document releasing funds to yourself. But regardless, I would gladly sign something if I had actually received it. Wasn't I already doing that by filing the claim? But they requested this, okay no biggie. I called the moving company and the employee on the phone said all I had to do was call the insurance company and ask them to resend the form and I will be good to receive the funds for the damage they caused. So I did this and the insurance company said that the information given to me did not sound right, but they'll contact the company and get moving on it. After several back and forth calls, 2 days later I called Executive Moving again and asked to speak to their manager Kayla. I explained what their employee had stated and that I did everything they told me to. She was so completely rude and unprofessional right off the bat and said we won't be releasing the funds for that damage. No apology about the significant damage or experience I had. Zero empathy or customer service skills. Nothing for the inconvenience. She said we have proof the insurance co sent that email and since you didn't sign the document in time we won't be issuing anything. I was in awe! Because the very same company I spoke with 2 days earlier gave me a completely different story. Get it together, seriously? Basically it was Kayla's decision not to remedy the wrong and do what's right. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she stayed that she was the supervisor. Kayla has absolutely no concern for the company, its professionalism or for the customers. Please do not use this company!!! They are extra nice to gain your business but they will damage your goods and provide no assistance or reimbursement to repair the damage or experience. Not to mention, the management/supervisor is dreadful!
