  • I was a little nervous and intimidated before I walked in because I am a bit out of shape and have hip replacements which gives me some limitations... BUT I walked in and they were so so nice the sweet gals walked me thru how to sign in, grabbed my free shoe rental... Then who I think might be the owner went over how to adjust the bike... They have free water bottles ... Towels on bikes... And grab a piece of the fruit , all included... I left there feeling sooo good... So don't be intimidated. Just go and do what YOU can do :)
