  • Canceled my plans for the day and drove 45 minutes to check out a specific used car. When I arrived I was told that had already been sold. I had read other reviews where Cardinale still tries to get you in the door even if the specific car you want is no longer there. I thought I was safe with two calls specifically confirming the car was there right before I left. They got me. I'll give a star for the friendliness of the people at the dealership but it is unethical to waste people's time.
