Today I had the worst experience I've ever had with a company I'm paying for a service. I purchased a garage door opener from Home Depot and paid for the installation. They dispatched Cactus Garage Door for the install. RIC was the technician that came out and he was HORRIFICALLY rude and disrespectful. He was rude from the moment he arrived. He told me that the garage door that we had purchased a month prior had the wrong size spring. Then he said I need to make a phone call as he proceeded to go to his truck and smoke a cigarette. He comes back and says do yeah you need to contact the people who installed the door and tell them to change the springs. So I told him I have them on the phone now. The tech for the other company was asking me questions to ask Ric. She wanted to know what exactly is he saying is the issue. I told him I need some clarity so I know what to tell they other company. He says what do you want from me? I told him I don't know anything about garage doors do can you tell me what they need to look for. He's says my 30yrs of experience is how I know what they did wrong. As my husband is asking him to give the info we need, he proceeds to walk away. I have NEVER felt so disrespected. I paid for a service that is still not completed. RIC should not be working for a company if he has an issue doing his job!!!!! DO NOT CALL CACTUS GARAGE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISRESPECTED!!!!!
