  • Very bad . My estimation jumped by 23%!!!!, an extra $400 for a really small fender/mirror repair. Had worked with Jonathon. Would not recommend going here, maybe ok if insurance was going to pick up extra but seemed more like regret in original estimate than real extra. Quoted as hidden brackets etc needing replacement, where other shop told me these cost ~$20.
