This is where I go for my "good coffee." This is the stuff I reward myself with on the weekend when I have the time to enjoy a fresh cuppa brewed in my French press without having to glugg it on way to work.
I was introduced to Troubadour through a Groupon for one of their coffee tastings (which I highly recommend). I thought it'd be something along the lines of differentiating between an Americano and a latte, but boy was I wrong. Instead, you get introduced not only to how to really taste quality, black coffee, but how coffee is grown and processed.
The customer service here is great. I've never had a bad experience. These people are really into their coffee, but there's no judgement if you're a Maxwell House drinker. Hey, we have to budget right?
Everything is freshly roasted so you're getting the best, freshest cup possible. I always have a bag of their coffee beans in my cupboard. If you drink coffee you have to go here.
