rev:text	This company is very poor on administration and customer service. They lose part orders, don't call back when they say they will, and generally don't get the job done in a timely fashion. If you wish to wait weeks for your repair, then you should call them! We had a recent repair through our home warranty company and I won't go with them again because of the delays and the errors in part orders. Thumbs WAY down on this one.
