  • I read the reviews on here with much excitement. I scheduled my appointment for May 11 weeks ago. I called to confirm last week. On Monday we had difficulty with traffic but just managed to get to the spa on time. When I walked in I was told "oh sorry, the masseuse decided to take the day off". No offers to reschedule or anything. And the "appology" wasn't sincere. The guy at the desk said he had called me but I didn't have a missed call on my cell. It really put a damper on my vacation and I would never consider going there again.
