  • When we met Bryce, we were two months away from our current lease ending and we were planning to resign because we thought there was no way we would find a home in that amount of time. Bryce was willing to work with us no matter how long we thought the process would take. When we first met with him, we had a VERY vague idea of the type of house we were looking for, but we didn't have enough experience looking at houses to know exactly what we were looking for. Bryce took us to look at houses and paid close attention to what we liked and didn't like about each one so that he could figure out our real preferences. He never tried to "sell" a house, he would let us look around and form an opinion and then answer any questions we had, but there was never any pitch. We quickly found a house that we loved, and I thought that was when the real stress would begin, but Bryce made the whole process feel so effortless! He helped us every step of the way, was willing to answer questions all hours of the day, and really went the extra mile to make sure that we were getting a house that we loved. You will not find a more professional, honest, and caring realtor! We are so glad that we got to work with him!
